Pawleys rental inventory is split across at least five different management systems, which is why nobody has ever shown it in one place. We want to be the site that does, and we are not a booking channel: enquiries go to you, on your rates, with no commission and no booking fee.

    Your own referral programme, run through us. Locals and past guests sign up as affiliates, share a tracked link, and you pay a commission you set only when a booking or sale actually happens. The commission is between you and the affiliate. We charge for running the platform, not a cut of your revenue.

The limits

What we will not sell you

This is the reason advertising here is worth more than advertising on a site that will sell anything. Our audience still trusts the order of these pages.

  • We do not remove or bury a business because it has not paid. Free listings stay, with their real Google rating.
  • We do not sell a rating, a review or a star. Those come from Google and we do not touch them.
  • We label everything that was paid for. If money moved, the page says so.
  • We do not sell placement on the listing page of another paying member.
  • We do not take a commission on your bookings or sales. We are not a booking channel.
